Question about Washing Machines
If it is metal the draw could be out of alignment, tap it with a hammer to realign the travel action. As draws jam if not run squarely as they are designed to. If needed, use a small wood block to protect the surface of the drawer. Do this by placing the block on the draw face and hitting the block to realign the draw. This method means any damage will be limited to the wood block. But be sure of the draws design as hitting the wrong area will just tighten the draw. 2]
If the draw is metal and corroded it may have to be loosened with CRC lubricant first for a hours/days. Use the same technique, with the hammer if needed. [if the hammer is in the tool box, improvise] Talk to a hardware specilaist about the lubricant or go the CRC site to get the right type; http://crcindustries.com/globalhome/
If it a wood or plastic tool box the same principles apply. Just swap soapy water for 'CRC' using a spray bottle on a plastic draw as a lubricant. For wood the best lubricant is powdered graphite. 4]
If all else fails your local car mechanic or a tradesman should be able to help.
