Some self test s are initiated by momentarily jumping two test pins or some need to jumped while goes thru test mode then when test mode done just remove jumpers.

When it won't start testing the electrical systems is the proper way to find a fix . Using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter and power flow diagrams . Using voltage drop testing !

Click on engine under system then under subsystem click on starting .Then click on the search button , then on the blue link . This is a wiring diagram of the starter electrical circuit. Do you know what ignition switch is ? the electrical part. , how about the starter relay , transmission range sensor ! There is one thing you can try , move gear selector to neutral an see if it starts then . If that does nothing ,check for B+ voltage going at the starter relay . Jumping pins 30 & 87 at the relay socket , where the relay plugs into . will cause the starter to engage an spin the engine . If you look on the bottom of the relay you will see four sets of numbers 30 & 87 - 30 should have B+ voltage , 87 goes to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . An 85 & 86 are the control side .86 at the relay socket comes from ignition switch through the trans range sensor to the starter relay coil ( electro magnet ) . Watch these videos too .

I have a 2011 for fusion sel.I would turn the heat on and nothing let it on and it would come on by it self or if I hit a bumb. But now I turn the heat on and nothing

Click on the link.
Your saying the blower motor won't work? I can help with testing, but, you have to do the testing.
I looked at info for automatic hvac, see those two fuses, not only check the fuse, use a test light and check fuse circuit for voltage. As you can see, one fuse is hot all the time, the other fuse goes hot with the key on. See the relay, if you use a jumper wire on load side of relay, terminal 30 and 87, you can bypass the control side of relay.
Any hvac trouble codes? Could be loose wire, loose wiring connector or faulty blower motor brushes. There is a speed control module, also.

Rear suspension will deflate but why won't it inflate?

That could work , You mite be able to test the sensor in question with ohm meter . Test the front one an see what the resistance is ,then check the back one. I don't know what it should be with out looking it up in the service info . You could also check to see if the sensor is getting power from the control module , an see if there is a return input to the module .

What relay's an fuse's ? open and close circuit test to the bulb connectors ??????? Voltage testing with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter !
B+voltage going into the multifunction switch ? Fuse F2.59 7.5 amp located in the central junction box . Green with red trace goes to mulitifunction switch (high beam ) pin #6 , Pin#7 multifunction switch green with yellow trace goes to control (energize ) High beam relay . Control side high beam relay grounds at G103 ! High beam relay located in the battery junction box . Do you know how to test for B+ voltage ? Forget this open and close circuit test . Voltage drop testing is the correct way to test a electrical circuit , the circuit has to be energized .
Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Did you view a wiring to know what you were testing ? If know ,you can't say you have a compleat circuit. Location for ac relay on 97 ford taurus

Are you talking the ccrm? Those relays are soldered into the circuit board. Some of my ford info, says if the relays in the diagram have no terminal pin numbers, the relays are soldered into the circuit board, you can't pull it out. Sometimes It may be possible to use an external relay, wire it up properly and it should work.
If your talking about the ccrm/ constant control relay module, I'd probably just replace it, if that is the problem.
If your talking about a different relay then, I need more info?

MY carrier model #58DHC with hot surface ignitor has quit working. Blower works, but no heat. If you turn the thermostat to on fan will run but no heat. Did preliminary testings with self test on printed...

If you suspect its the ignitor? The hot surface ignitor is powered by 120v. Inspect ignitors' hot surface for cracks or burnt spots. Uplug ignitor from board. Cycle heat on and verify 120v to the ignitor at the cannon plug on the board where the ignitor plugs in. If you have the voltage then replace the ignitor. If not, you'll need to verify all other circuits are working before condemning the board. Work safe and at your own risk! Hope this helps!

fusible relay ??? Now thats funny ! It's just a relay , not fusible relay ! A fusible link is a kind of fuse ,will melt with a short circuit. TEST ,TEST DON'T GUESS and if you can't test ,take it to a qualified repair shop. How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit

The computer has nothing to do with it .

http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Free wiring diagrams ! Suggest you view a wiring diagram to see what all is involved in the starter circuit . NO starter relay ! Enter vehicle info. under system click engine, then under subsystem click starting . You will when you turn the key to start it send's B+ voltage to the PNP switch ,from there it goes to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . Very simple . Get a volt meter an test B+ voltage .

If you positively have gas valve relay identified and it has power going in when thermostat is calling for heat but nothing coming out I would change the control board. Hope this helps. Thanks
