Question about Hannspree HannsBook SN12E23BUP212 Notebook
My touchpad "on" and "off" button acknowledges being turned on and off just fine; but when I try to move my pointer using my touchpad, it's like the finger sensing ability is gonzo! I'm getting by for now (largely unsuccessfully) by keyboard controls.
Synaptics pointing device drivers if you have this software installed can cause problems, some times when they are updated, maybe the pad its self is having problems, you could try get a USB mouse and see if its a problem with your computer or the touch pad its self, some cases there is a button which will turn off and on again. good luck.
