Question about LG DLE2514 Electric Dryer
The cooling light should be blinking. Mine did the same thing. It ended up being the fuse that was going to the dryer from the circuit breaker itself. I ended up replacing the whole heating element thinking that was the problem. Turned out to be a $17 fuse and problem solved. Hope this helps.

All dryers have a cool down cycle. at the end of every cycle depending on the brand and heat setting the cool down can be between 1 and 3 minutes. this is so when the dryer ends the clothes have cooled slightly to prevent wrinkles

The thermostat and thermomister is the problem.
Call a LG repair man. Parts cost $30.
The dryer is only 6 month old.

We have the same problem at our house. It has been very annoying. Does anyone have a solution??? The cooling light is on all the time and it takes hours to dry a load.

The "DRY" light is flashing and the "COOLING" light stays lit. This is happening at the start of the cycle. The clothes are not drying. Any ideas?
