Question about Hoover F6212-900 / F6215-900 SteamVac Agility Upright Vacuum
My steam vac is not dispensing soap. There are no clogs in the soap tank. Is there a way to run a pipe cleaner through the small hoses between the soap dispenser and where the soap exits?
Try using a rubber tipped air nozzle and compressed air at the end of the soap dispenser line. Brief intermittent blasts of air should take care of it.

You probably have a solenoid valve which has failed and will not open. This will require replacement of the valve. For temporary use you can mix a soap solution and put it in the rinse tank. The correct mix is 5 ounces of Hoover shampoo to a gallon of hot water.
