My 10 sheet shredder it not shred 2-4 sheets of paper. it stop in the middle of the paper. I have to put it in rev then back to auto and repeat

Inspection of the shredding mechanism probably will reveal it's clogged with all sorts of debris. It will take a great deal of patience to pick out every bit to restore operation.

Do you have an MSDS sheet for this product, please?

In the UK this product would fall under the COSHH (control of substances hazardous to health) regulations.

Employers are supposed to obtain a COSHH information sheet for every product they use, keep the sheets in a folder and make the folder available for inspection. In fact it is strongly suggested employers request employees read it every six months. In addition to the product information sheets the folder should also contain risk assessments written by the employer or a consultant about how the substances are used within the company, what they are used for, the dangers of using them and what they should not be used for and the recommended procedures for dealing with accidents resulting from the use or misuse.

Lots of suppliers will provide information sheets automatically but sometimes a sheet must be requested.

There are difficulties obtaining complying information sheets when a substance is intended for domestic rather than industrial use, sourced from a retailer rather than a trade supplier or where the product presents little or no danger to the user.

In such cases it is considered sufficient for the employer to carry out such research about the product as is possible and also carry out any testing that might be needed and write his own information sheet along the lines of the official sheets, including the usual risk assessment.

2003 1200 stortster tune up

Depends what it needs, what problems it has. If no problems oil change for engine and trans primary, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs are likely all you would need. Depending on mileage you could/should find out what inspection is due, if any and do what is on the inspection sheets. If you have laced wheels check the spoke tension and drive belt and primary chain tension/deflection/ check the brake pads, rotors for wear etc and if the brake fluid has not been changed for some time you may want to flush the systems even though it is DOT 5 fluid which is not hygroscopic. Check air pressures, lights, horn etc etc

I need to turn the Check engine light off, due to passenger/front catalytic converter 2005 nissan xterra

You still fail your state inspection if you turn off the check engine light. So Im sorry to say, that your gonna have to wait untill your new cat gets installed. After its installed you have a few options for turning off the check engine light.
-You can disconnect your battery for a little bit.
-You can take it to pretty much any mainstream auto parts store and they will clear it for free.
Either way you have to complete what is called "a drive cycle" to be able to pass your vehicle inspection.

Once problem is fix you complete a drive cycle. Every vehicle is different so this is a general guide.
-There are a certain number of times your vehicle has to be started.
-There is a certain amount of time you have to be driving at different speeds
-There are sometimes a certain millage that has to be reached (ie. drive 75 miles)
If you just drive as you normally do for 100miles (not in one trip) your sure to have reset all the sensers that the state inspection equipment check.

Get the new catyletic convertor installed
Get you 'check engine light' cleared for free at an auto parts store
Drive your car normally for about 100 miles
Get your vehicle state inspection

Check Engine Light came on 2 miles after State Motor Vehicle Inspection. What about the inspection process could cause this?

They should not need to disconnect anything on a 2001 to run any emission equipment test. The only thing they remove is the gas cap (to check it for leaks). Did they fail to put the gas cap back on straight?

Fuse values for PC's

I'm not sure that I understand your question..if you are referring to the AC  power at the receptacle or what.

If you are asking what value fuse should be used for plugging in particluar equipment then you need to know the source VOLTAGE,  AMPS used bt the equipment and do a current calculation.

Google on the "electrical power triangle" or POWER FORMULA and you can see the formulas.
