The TV won't turn on. When you hit the power button all that it does is turn the power button red. You can here the insides click but nothing happens (no pic or sound). Is this worth taking a look at to get fixed or do you think it is dead?

- I had this TV for 7 years.....Picture displayed was excellent.....Now. I have a problem with the picture is flicking and shrink to 1 horizontal line across the screen.....And the sound still heard it.
I don't know what cause it happened? Any one know. Please give me an advise fix it or not fix it. If I bring it to TV repair shop how much "$" to fix it? Thank you very much.- Guest
