Nokia E63 phone to access web through existant DSL PC connection

Hi Techies,
I bet one of you should know this answer....

I have got E63 S60 Mobile phone and I want to surf the web using my existant DSL Connection using PC.

I heard GNUbox is needed to do so.. which uses the bluetooth technology..

Please Advise Me on this.

Hey babubenga, wakeup...

the question was how to "surf the web.." ON THE CELULAR "...using ... existant DSL Connection on pc", not "how to surf the web ON PC over the celular"...

No need to have GNUBox/Bluetooth.
Connect ur phone using data cable,
Install PC Suite.....
Give access point provided by ur mobile operator

How to upload the song from pc to nokia e63 mobile
Hi There and Welcome to Fixya!

In order for you to upload songs (mp3, wma) into your E63 phone, here's what you need to do :
  • Connect E63 phone to your PC using the USB cable included in the package.
  • Select "Mass Storage" option
  • A folder will show up depicting the contents of the memory card installed in the phone.
  • Drag and Drop your songs to the "Music" folder

How to install google talk for E63
Hi,
There is no Google talk for any mobile device including nokia E63. Instead you can use Fring to sign into your google acount for chat in your mobile.

To download fring to your mobile,
Goto www.fring.com direcly from your nokia E63. Download and install it to your mobile. You may need to create a fring account. After that you can configure your google talk, yahoo, hotmail account within fring and can make chat with Gtalk contacts. Enjoy

I forgot my Memory Card password, yesterday i updated my phone software and now its asking me the password to access memory card... how to delete it?

Default code for Nokias is 12345. This will work if you did not change access code.
If you set up your own access code, you can recover the code by connecting to computer or using a file manager. You can download Fileman here.
After installing file manager check the folder C:Systemmmcstore . Rename file mmcstore.txt and send it to another mobile or to your PC via bluetooth or USB, open it and there you will find the password.

Here is also a reset procedure that works on some Nokia, I do not know if it is good for 5310.
Beware, by using reset below you will delete all data stored in phone memory, even phone numbers if they are stored in phone memory:
Take the SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on.
Keep this two buttons pressed until the reset screen appears.
Wait some time to reset.
Switch phone back on.
