Question about ASUS P5VD2-MX SE Motherboard
On the corner of the asus p5vd2-mx se motherboard there are pins which are for power switch/reset/led and so on.In what position do they go.Got the main fan one working.Would these wires also stop the monitor being in standby mode all the time.Hope this is all the info you require to help me.
There is a pin-out for the front panel interface in the user manual, There are pins for Power button, reset, HDD activity, and for a few other functions THIS IS NOT WHERE THE FANS PLUG IN. The fans connect to the Fan connectors, there are usually 2/3 on the board, 1 near the CPU, 1 near the memory and 1 usually close to the IDE/ SATA connectors
