Question about Sony DAV-S400 System
Hi, the Dav-s400 system was one of the units that had bad solder joints and this led to intermittent bad power contacts with different issues arising. There is a page on the internet that helps you to take apart and resolder the joints if you are that way inclined. I done mine myself and followed the instructions from the internet page. If you type in Dav-s400 bad solder joints you should find the page. Its that or you put it into a repair shop its not a big job. I hope this cures your FM problem. p.s. make sure the aerial is plugged in properly first, it could be something has maybe dislodged it from the back panel. It is just a very thin black wires on a plastic aerial holder.
