There isn't one - that remote doesn't supports your tv. Actually extremely few universal remotes will support your tv - it's an extremely rare model.
If you need to use a single remote then you will have to buy one that can learn the commands, one like

I had a similar problem with my recorder recently doesn't say what make yours is but mine was a 14 day guide if you go into the menu and change it to 8 days hopefully it should work

try going to menu > set-up > box settings and then change the TV Guide type to the Freeview 8 day guide.

not sure what you have, but usually thats because it hasn't been successfully talking to the service provider at night when it trys to get the info... maybe it lost connection to the internet or you turn the internet off at night and it can't connect.
