Bosch SHE45M - Drain problem

It is under MF warranty through Bosh. you might want to have a tech out. First how is the drain-line routed? Into a air gap, johnston T, or disposer? If through the air-gap try cleaning that out. If through the disposer make sure you turn on the disposer & clear that out before starting the dishwasher. Bosh D/W sometimes require a stronger pump that what they are equipted with if you are on a septic sytem because they work off of gravity. Also the drain-line are sensitive as to being in the correct position. Is it possible they could have fallen or come unmounted. Also if you had it professionally installed, you should call the installer before tampering with the install. The installer should warranty the install for 1year.
