Hello, I hope you can help. I have a Lap Top Fujisu windows xp. It was bought in 2004.

I stupidly began to restore it back to an earlier time.. Half way through we had a power cut . Now everything has stopped working. The Screen only shows Shell32 dll are missing. That is all it will do.

If that is the problem here you can dowload it: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?shell32 set it in your C:\windows\stystem32
