No recording devices except a microphone

- Thanks, it was helpful but did not solve the issue because, when I do right click to enable me to see disabled devices and right click to enable them - there are simply none available - it is bland as the white screen i right clicked. All I have listed in a Microphone. Maybe this is something only Dell can resolve. I wil get on to them but I thought there must be somthing else I could try myself. I do not want to pay anymore money to Dell, when I am supposed to have 'everything' I need on this one!!
