My computer say that symantec framework has stopped working and the disk drawer keeps opening and closing. help please

Need to reinstall Norton program manually
1. remove the Norton program with Norton removal tool (www.norotn.com/nrt)
2. clear temp and prefetch ( to clear temp type %temp% in run and to clear prefetch type prefetch in run and delete all files)
3. restart the system
4. clear all the Norton files from registry
5. clear Norton or symantec folder from application data
6. install Norton program

If you get the same issue after we reinstall manually you need to create one administrator account and install Norton program

If you don't have Norton 360 installed, see here or here, and contact Symantec support for help in resolving this if neither of those links lead to a solution.
