My daughter or her boyfriend can't login to their myspace, e-mail, or facebook. They have even had their friends try but the result is still the same. But when I try to login I have no problem. Could it be the type of internet explorer that we use?

Since you can log in you must go into bios and act as administrator. Re-program their e-mail and password to a new one. Follow the simple directions when you are inside and your computer eill walk you through it.When you turn on the computer push either f2 or f10 to get into bios.
