Had this issue as well and finally found it: In the Router GUI there are five horizontal menu tabs. Mine are already in English by now, so I can't tell you the exact label. It's the third one you need.

It has things like "Admin" / "Time" / "Syslog" as options.

There it is the fifth link, labled "System". That page has various buttons. The last one is what you are looking for "Borrar paquete de idioma" (Clear Language Pack). Click it, confirm, wait for the reboot and you're seeing the GUI in English.

Three hurrays for DLink to hide it that well. Why not show that option during initial setup? Grrrrr .....

You do not need the disc. Using you browser, login into the router using the default IP 192.168.0.1 unless this has been changed and you should be able to configure your router.

You should be able to configure your router using the wizards. Login is ADMIN and Password is blank unless it was changed by the user.

Did you enter the security key (password)? It may be your laptop? Try resetting the D-Link to default settings and connecting to the laptop. They reconfigure the SSID and Security Key. Write down the info for future use. Here's a user Manual: http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/home-solutions/connect/routers/dir-600-wireless-n-150-home-router

Power off the Dlink and press and hold the RESET button on the back of the Dlink and the power on the Dlink. Hold the RESET button for 5 secs. until the LEDs flash at the same time.
Connect a LAN cable from the computer to the Dlink. Open a browser and enter the Dlink's configuration URL
