Hi vahik_avakia, Download the Windows 7 driver v9.6.3.1 here: www.eecrest.com/Drivers_and_Manual/150win7-driver.rar
Open the 'Drivers' folder after extracting the downloaded rar file & run setup.exe to install only the driver. Else run 'autorun.exe' from root of extracted folder to get separate options to install Blaze HDTV, Driver etc.
Serial for the Blaze HDTV software: TFK5SCK3SASKG-5395UQFW3PPX
Hi,
you need to install/re-install the drivers for the expresscard, should be downloadable from medion. Also check in control-panel that the device is there. If you look in My Computer/control Panel/System/Device Manager and the device is listed, with a yellow exclamation mark. try removing/uninstalling. or physically remove from the computer, re-install and go through the new hardware wizard to set it up.
OK a HotFix is a Fix for a certain problem that only certain situation needs, thus not an overall everybody needs it fix... you need to get the HotFix from Microsoft update site you should have a hotfix number Google for it and download the file, then run the file which will install software on ya PC that will Fix ya issues..
Are you sure that the correct drivers are installed and updated? Do you know what a driver is or where to look for them. What operating system are you using. Do you have the disk that came with the Acer? The disk should have the driver on it or software to make it work. How are you connecting to the card? It will be easier to have the laptop model number.
