After letting it sit for a while so it's thoroughly dried out, you could try hooking it up to an external power supply and see if it works, but I don't think your chances are good.
After being submerged in water and tossed around as much as it would have in a washer, I would be surprised if any of the electronic components within it work. Likely this one isn't fixable.
