Question about Computers & Internet
Breaking up w/ boyfriend: need to completely delete names and addresses off my phone before I return it to him (it's his plan). How do I PERMANENTLY delete EVERYTHING, w/ no chance for "undelete" or any recovery?
Press menu, then "settings", then "initial setup" and then "master reset" then the password is 000000
and thats it

I had the same issue.
Actually You want to hit "Master Clear" to erase all data including contacts. Master Reset is for defaults. Clear is for data. But thanks as this led me to the right area.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
