Once you physically connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable you have to go into your phone from the MP3 side and click menu. after you click menu go to Tools and into Mass Storage, then choose option Connect to PC. this should open a window on your computer screen that says to open a media file (amongst other things like camera and picture folders). When your new window pops up there should be a few files, one named media and one music. At this point you can open your music program and click and drag your songs from your music player into the Media file and that should get songs from your player to your phone. hope this was somewhat helpful... if not... disregard it

Just use the microSD.
put it in your pc, copy the music to there and then just put it back in your phone.
if not, have you tried the Sprint music monitor?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: walkman phone
Try following these steps : Turn on your phone..
Put the phone in "mass storage " mode (not data storage) then..and ONLY then.. plug in the USB cord that came with your phone. Now..Open file manager - there will be two extra files there one for the phone and one for the card .. even if you didn't put in a card.. Now you can drag and drop MPG's and JPG(wallpaper) files into your phone and Vise versa . Hope thats fix's ya :)
