You need to reinstall audio drivers or to get a replacement audio card.

If the computer is branded, like HP, Acer, Dell etc. then you go to the manufacturer website and download the right drivers for your model number.

If the PC is assembled or no brand, read the numbers on the motherboard and ask us a new question including motherboard serial number.

Since I don't see the exact model listed that you need the driver for, I can only suggest that you locate the model number and visit the manufacturers website to download the correct driver. The model is usually on the front or back of the tower.
