Hi, after a long time i tried to turn on the unit after cleaning and filling the tank full, but unit doesn't turn on, i verified the troubleshoot doc but nothing useful. There's no response from the humidifier control panel, it's completely dead. It would be great help if there's a fix anyone knows. I hate to send it back for the fix. Thanks, Jai
I am having the exact same issue after cleaning the unit, it doesn't start; no light indicator at all. Anyone has a fix or recommendations?
I just emptied the water and cleaned all inner parts with vinegar for sensors to detect and let it sit dry for a day. It worked for me.
If you have hard water, the sensors can become coated. Vinegar or any off the shelf lime scale remover should clean it up. Lime scale remover for toilets may be too strong.

Fill Water Tank.
Turn off humidifier and unplug the power cord from A/C outlet. Remove tank from
base. Turn upside down and unscrew filling cap. Fill tank with clean, cool, distilled,
filtered, or tap water. Do not attempt to fill unit through Vapor Nozzle. Water temperature
should NEVER be too hot or too cold. Extreme temperatures can damage the
unit. Tighten filling cap firmly. Return tank to base and let it sit for a few minutes. For
first time use or when replacing the demineralization cartridge filter, please soak the
filter in warm water for several minutes.
