H5-01 code means ther has been 5 consecutive jams in the same location...the fuser. the copier locks out for safety reasons. you will need to access the engineer codes to reset this. also check to see if the fuser drive gear is broken. this can be found at the rear of the fusing unit

H5-01 this is 5 jams in the fuser unit this have a problem warping the jam switch in the fuser unit.

Sharp ar-c330 with an error code of H4-01. Any
The fuser temperature is low.
Use sim. 5-02 to check blinking of the heater lamp.
if it blinks normally check the thermistor and the harness.
If it not lighted check the heater lamp and thermostat if its defective replace the heater lamp or the thermostat.

jam in the fuser unit, try simulation 14
and/ or possible bad sensor switch actuating as tho paper is stuck in the fuser. check that exit switch is not stuck open or bad. if jam elsewhere , fuser will not allow operation untill jam somwhere is removed.

Make sure there is no paper jammed in machine, H5-01 means 5 jams same location. Use quality paper not recycled and make sure it is fresh not old stock
