I have had my ear device for about a month, and it was working very well. The other day I inadvertently allowed the device to fully run down, which I did not think was a problem. Except now it does not find the device any more. I have tried several times and the phone (a Nokia 6131) simply says it is not finding any device. I have checked to see the Bluetooth function is on, and made sure that the earpiece is in pairing mode. The phone simply reports back that it cannot find the device. What can I do and what happened here. Previously, as soon as I turned the ear piece on, it automatically paired and connected with the phone. Now it won't work! Help!
It probably lost the settings from the internal memory. Assuming it is now fully charged. Reset it to the factory defaults (is there a reset button?) and follow the same procedure you did when you first got it.
You should ream the manual again:-

I hate to sound really dumb, but I do not have my manual any more, and I cannot find a reset button on my Jabra BT250 headset. Therefore, cannot reset it to factory default. I followed the instructions that I originally had but the phone is simply not finding the earpiece. Any clues?
I get exactly the same problem - mine is brand new and can't be found by my phone
