my grandson just recieve this the tmnt dvd

player and he put a coe in it hat we cant get into on the parental control
is there a over ride coe for this so he can look a his movies he cant even look at power rangers

- im having the same problem as far as i know nobody put a password in our dvd player but who knows. if anyone has found a solution please let me know.

if it isn't too late the code is 9922. I had the same problem and found the code on the internet.

Thank you,Ive been searching, and calling that Walmart time and time again till they got tired of me calling. So they would hang up or put me hold for long periods of time ,then hang up without even answering my question.Until by chance i came across this site and it worked immediately so thank you!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mrs Crawley,
Can you look in the manual and see a customer service number?
They might be able to tell you how to reset the parental control code.

i just had the same problem i had my little boys dvd player for a year and put 9922 code and it word thanks for the info
