Most likely the company holds a copy of a user manual for your model in its archives. If it does, there may be a charge to make a copy of the manual and send it to you.
Most washing machines, do have an emergency door opener. For that you should read in the manual. Sometimes you have to press a little os small key in a hole, Most of the time on the back side. But every machine is different and I don't have a manual of the AR6L65.
