Question about JVC Cybercam GR-DV800US Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I have been given a JVC GR-DV800U which is perennially in E06 mode and unusable. Is there any way to get out of this? It was suggested to clean the capstan (sp?), the black cylinder inside the recorder. I did that - nope. An E03 error at FixYa suggested pushing the reset with a pin while powered up. I have the manual and have looked everywhere on this thing - I cannot find any pinhole. I am a computer mechanic and used to such holes (i.e. cd drives, etc.) but I'm flummoxed. Any help appreciated.
