Question about Chaintech 9VIF1 (ES-676M) Motherboard

Need manual for chaintech 9VIF1

I have searched within the forum for this motherboard and other users are asking for manuals, but none of the responses nor links provided point into the direction of a manual. some of the jumpers came lose, so now have no clue without an actual Manual.

    When the power button is pushed the processor fan turns on and so do the hard disks, the DVD burner and the CD player. The +5 and +12 sources are fine. I can not read the other voltages.
    However, there is no signal to the monitor and the input devices do not work so I can't get at the BIOS. What can I do to fix the problem? Is it covered in the manual?

The role of a workplace forums

Done well, forums can be extrememly useful in a number of ways:

I am looking for the user manual for a jazz d 152

This is a toughie for such a popular camera that is still sold from Ebay to Amazon.
Not one FREE download site for the UK - ( - lots of info & forums and paper manuals for sale.
