I have a Sunbeam BM7800 Bread Maker. The heating element is broken (open circuit) and I need to buy a replacement. Any idea where I could get one. Unfortunately Sunbeam do not sell this part for some unknown reason
Visit this site. Send them a msg and ask it the heating element for another model number might fit yours.

Just checked the "repairclinic.com" and the Sunbeam BM7800 is not listed unfortunately
I have checked 'repairclinic.com' but Sunbeam is not listed.
The element is a sealed metal tube. No exposed coil unfortunately.
Any thoughts?
No joy with that site unfortunately. I should add that the BM7800 is a 240v system. As such the heating element runs 240v
Singapore actually (same voltage, frequency and plug type as the UK).
I have found a company in Singapore that can make another element based on the specifications of the old one. Should have it back in a day or so. If it works I will post the company details so others can follow.
Thanks for all your help.
cheers
Ian
Well, there is a way to reconnect some heating elements where they are broken. Is this heating element and exposed coil, or is it enclosed in a metal tube?
