The screen works but does not light up. Everything else works and even the keypads light up.
Is it cause i haven't put enough solder on or is the flexi ribbon broke?

- I have purchased a Corded Speakerphone with caller ID, Digital Answerer and Call Waiting. The Caller ID comes up but does not light up. Is there anything else that I need to do ? I checked the manuel thoroughly, but do not see any instructions for the caller ID lightup.- doreenj41
