I have nx9110 notebook and it was turning off by it self during my work from previous 6 days. But at this time when it turned off and as I turned on to go into its BIOS when I press its del key it again turned off and when I turned it on again it gave me no display its power light and hard disk activity light turned on but after few moments all of its lights turned off but fans were working and they were on.
Now the problem is that there is nothing on its LCD no picture is available on it and no light is on even its power button light is remains off as I turned it on and its fans starts working. Some times when I turn it On Caps Lock light and Num lock lights starts blinking simultaneously and after few seconds they turned off.
please help me in this problem. I need my notebook display back.

Re: No light is on but fans on
I would bet your system has been overheating - that's why it kept shutting off. Now it may have overheated and killed your CPU or mainboard. These laptops require quite a bit of disassembly to get at the CPU. You will probably have to take it to a repair shop for further work.

With the little bit of information presented, it appears that this is possible a power supply problem. One thing you can try is to unplug the power adapter from the laptop, remove the battery, then plug the power adapter back into the laptop. Then try to turn it on. If everything comes up normally, then the problem points, potentially, to the battery.
Hope this helps!
batteries have a charge memory in the, when you purchase a new battery the best thing to do is to fully drain the battery before charging it up, this will tell the battery that it needs full charge, if you charge the battery before this it will only charge the battery to a certain percentage. what you need to do now is find a way to fully discharge the batteries
Hi there , if the main battery is removed the cmos battery will go flat , if its a small pcb mounted 1 you can short the contacts for a short time , if the cdrom is working it mains the 5volt supply is ok and you should be able to hear the hard drive spin up unless there is damage to the pins on the hdd or the adaptor or hdd is mounted wrong .
