I had some problems unwanted malware ads and virus removers-so used super antispy to get rid of them-unfortunately when I tried to use the webcam (usb cable) the audio doesn't seem to work-can you help me please.

Normal 0 Go to Control Panel and Click on Sounds, Click on Audio, then Click on the Microphone. Then Click on the drop down and select Camera Microphone.
Click OK and it should work.
