Whats your tablet brand and model ? Do you want to unlock your tablet from carrier lock? If so, use unlock code . You can get it from any of the online vendors like SimpleUnlocking.com to unlock it .

There is no manual for Android Operating System (OS) as such because different vendors (like Dell, Samsung, etc) can customize the OS. So no manual will work on all devices. You can however look at your product manual. Btw, for most of the common tasks you can do a simple search on internet and you will get the answer. Otherwise, just post the question here on fixya.
