- I get the message Print Unable 32. Random lines print VERY fuzzy, while others are crystal clear. Never the same group of lines. I've tried cleaning, changing ink cartridges, and restarting both printer and computer. I've had this problem alot with this printer, and just when I was ready to return it to the store, it started printing great. Now I'm back to fuzzy and I don't know what is different! you looking at a posoble problem with a drum unit contacs so clean all contacts and the all machine to see if inprubes if not you may need to change the drum

I got the same message on my Brother HL-4040CN color laser. As it turns
out, there was a mega jam inside the printer. It was like 10+ pages,
half of them crumpled up and one page was getting charred by the fuser.
Once I found the jam (there was no jam indicated on the control panel),
the printer worked fine.
