This is a common laptop problem. Your need to open it and clean your Laptop fan. Laptop heat sink are covered are dirty and the air can't go through and the laptop shut it self off so your laptop doesn't burn any components. If you're not good in opening laptop. I suggest take it to a Computer repair service. If you can to open it and do it your self. There are a lot of videos on YouTube.

I think its the frequency setting in either u r wifi router or your laptop or both. Frequency should be identical on both units.

i have a problem with my neo m1110..
my neo laptop cant detect my wifi but others like cellphone or other laptop can detect it and they can connect.

Is the wifi switch on? Look on both sides and in front of the laptop for the Wireless Switch.

try to refresh your wifi..

then in your pc,
at your control panel find the network connections
then look for the wifi connectivity if it is connected or enable.
enable it if you found disabled.

check your device if the lit green is on and stable in internet..
if it is so then check your pc..
be sure your wifi password is correct..
