If you can identify the language, you can go online to a translator site and pick your way through to the settings. Refer to your owner's manual for the steps to change the language so you know what to expect, translator sites are sometimes not very accurate and you'll have to match up the results with what the manual shows.
If you don't recognize the language, post one or two samples of system messages or a menu in the comments. I'm pretty fair at identifying common languages, even those I don't know, and some others may even be able to read what you have.
The first thing you are going to need to do is to take a look at the manual for the phone in English (if you can't read German.)
Then, you'll need to view an owner's manual in German - to compare the directions. And, third, you'll probably need an online translator to translate German to English.
mcdevito75 here, Sounds like you"ll have to go thru the entire sequence and re--set the watch, refer to the little manual that came with the watch or visit a small watch repair shop in your area for adjustments.
