Problem for Zebra TLP 3844-Z Thermal Label Printer
I have a zebra TLP 3844-Z printer. My printer
I have a zebra TLP 3844-Z printer. My printer always prints a blank label when I switch it on. I did auto calibration after which it print two blank label on switching on. So I tried manual calibration. Now it prints one blank label when I switch it on. Anyone knows how to prevent the printer from printing the blank label on switching on?

Have you tried installing the latest software for the printer?

Sounds like it is set to do a label length check at power on. Go into your printer preferences and set it to "do nothing" on power up.
