Sounds like the screen is bad and if you charged up your battery and the PSP won't turn on then your battery needs to be replaced as well.

Who or how do you contact when your psp go does not even come on, even after you charge it? Whe only had the psp go for about 2 months. My daughter baught it from a game stop. We did not drop it, get it...

You have mentioned that you have bought it just for 2 months and you don't know what actually happened to the PSP. So, please don't waste the time anymore and go to that Game Stop today and report the problems to them because your PSP is still in the Warranty Period.

Green light comes on but nothing else turns on

I'll give you the quick story of what they did. They "bricked" the PSP. This is a term used by all PSP hackers. When you try to hack the system so you can play pirated games on the system, you will occasionally get an error that causes the system to be "bricked". They use the word "brick" because once it happens, the PSP becomes as fun as a brick. You really can't do much about it. Your best bet is to call Sony and see what they can do for you. If you know anyone else that knows what they're doing with PSPs, you could always ask them to fix it for you, but Sony would be the easiest. They won't do it for free, but they will fix it for you. 1-800-345-SONY

PSP Slim - Broken Screen ?

Its the LED on the psp that is broken. The LED is the inside screen that brings the picture up onto it like an LED flatscreen tv.

It wont be covered under your sony warranty because your warranty covers you for electrical faults not accidental.

You could contact sony to see if they would fix it for a charge but to be honest the money you'd spend fixing it, you might aswell just buy a new psp

My psp will only turn on for about 10 seconds and turn off there is no picture during that time what do i do

It sounds like a problem with your rechargeable battery. when you charge it, is it showing a full charge -- should be after around 45 minutes. wosrt case is you'll need a replacement battery from Sony.

Psp upgrade to 3.51

In order to update, you need to have your psp FULLY CHARGED, I mean 100%, and have your psp setup to connect to the internet via wifi, after that, you can go to the setting section, select network update to update your psp to the latest version.

Alternatively, if you have a memory stick, you can download the firmware update from the internet to your memory stick.

Both method need a memory stick. If you already have one, I can give you the link below in order to download the firmware update.

http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/About/SystemUpdate

Instructions was given in that link. If you have any questions please ask.

AGAIN. I HAVE TO WARN YOU TO HAVE YOUR BATTERY CHARGED 100% BEFORE PROCEED TO UPDATE, OR YOU WILL END UP WITH A BRICKED PSP!

Charging a PSP

Sounds like it could be the mains/charger of the psp, have u tried using it on the other psp? If that dont work then it may be the power charging unit of the psp itself, u may have to call Sony and have it replaced
Hope it helps
