1. Open the Right door.
2. Open the two screws Marked as 1and 4.
3. Open Last One screw Left side a hole in Display.
4. Remove the connector with safety.
5. Open the 4 Screws back side of the display.
6. Disconnect all the Connectors.
7. Remove all the Circuits.
8. Remove all the Self threaded Screws.
9. And Remove the Iron Base Plate.
10. And Safely replace the Display with new one.
11. Place the Touch Screen Properly.
12. And reinstall The Iron Base Plate.
13. Place all the Circuits.
14. Connect all the Connectors as connect they before disassemble.
15. Reinstall Properly the Display as Before It Place.
16. Now on the machine and check it...boom boom..

Do not Do That:

1. Do not use Thinner and Hard stain remover Acids.
2. Do not clean the circuits with liquids.
3. Connect all the Connectors at Proper port.
4. Place the screw well fit to display and touch screen to work touch screen properly.
5. Do not give room with Display and Touch it may not work properly.

ensure proper supply voltage to the heater....either 12 or 240 vac. display screen should get 24 vac.....if screen is supplied 24 vac then replace the display screen board.....if not getting 24 vac problem is occuring before display screen

The first problem that you are facing is of Display that you are saying "Screen do not come on". What I recommend you to check your display wire that connects your Monitor to the Display Card located in your System. You have to see if it is connected properly or not.

Secondly, you display may not come if there may be a problem with your monitor, there is a possibility that your monitor is not functioning properly, and your Keyboard and Mouse are working. To check if there is any problem with your monitor, please use your PC with another monitor to see if there is a display screen appeared. If it appears, then there is a problem with your monitor and if not then still there is a possibility that your display card is not functioning properly.

Please change your display card with another one to see if works.

• Move to the control panel.
• Click the display button.
• Then choose the right order of the screen, visual display.
• If then also u counter a problem then u need 2 move 2 d screen, thn right click.
• After this go to the display tab and check ur visualization & your color bit tabs.
