I just did it a few minutes ago and it's pretty simple. Just grab the thing right in the center, above the print tray (there's a little handle) and pull the top up. The ink carts will be right in there (towards you, on the right) just pull the one you need to replace out, directly towards you, and then pop the new one in. There are little notches on it so you can't put it in backwards/upside-down or anything, and there's no latch or anything physically holding the cartridges down

Ope the front door by pulling the port right above the paper feed, out. Make sure to do this with the printer power on. Your ink cartridges will come over an stop at the right side. Push down and pull out on the front lip of the cartridge and it should pop right out. Do the opposite for install.

I had no problem changing the ink carrtridge the first couple of times. Now I can't get this ink cartridge out in order to put in a new one. I have tried everything from pressing the green release button to prying it out. Please help.

Hello~ i have changed my ink cartridges severl times in the past. i have recently changed them again and im receiving the following error message. "PRess enter to align cartridges". i press enter and it prints a align cartridge page... however, the error message does not go away. the printer works and prints my requests. however, i would like the error message to be removed. can you assist?
