Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
My S400SP does not print. It shows up in the Printers and Faces Scree as Offline. I do not know what that means. Does it mean that there is no connection with the computer? I have uesed the computer for several years. I deleted previous versions of the program on the computer and reinstalled the driver successfully. However, the printer does not respond. Earlier the green light flashed to orange, but after switching the computer on and off several times, it now remains on green. Should it be 'online'? How do I set it to 'on line'? Please help.
See the mode of printer by right click on printer icon and make to online and also chek is it pause or some thing just do that your printer will work.
