Nec 338 orange payg mms messaging

I dont know if anyone can help, but here goes. i am trying to get a NEC338 phone (unlocked from 3) to work on the orange payg network. the phone can send text's and make calls, but i would like to get it to send/recieve picture messages. Any ideas would be a great help
