What I do is go to google put the brand name and model number and manual, owner manual, service manual or user manual, search. It will come up and you try to find what suit your needs. I can not read the model number. If you do not have a model number put a description like crosley self cleaning oven but they may have several models.
This is a high end wall oven. Common break downs are oven ignitors, all ovens fo that though. Life span for an igniter is 5 to 10 years. Viking is rare to have problems..
Please check the user-manuals section within the support page of the New Zealand Westinghouse webssite. You should be able to find your manual there if you search used it's model number.
With mergers, most brands of appliances are actually going have their manuals at one of the above sites. Please let me know if you have a specific oven for which you need the manual.
