How do I know when sensor batteries are dying?

Hello, how do I know when the sensor batteries are low? I installed my system almost two years ago and I just ran a test and they are all working, but I'd like to know if I should change the sensor batteries at regular intrevals if there is no low battery warning. How ling to the sensor batteries generally last?

try to see if there are corrosion on the battery terminals also manually check for the voltage across the battery
