My phone will turn on, and the buttons will (occasionally) light up. However, when the phone turns on, the screen is completely black. It makes noises, receives calls and texts, and makes it very obvious...

you have 2 options either get a new phone or have its screen fixed, i think by taking it apart some wire has detached or has become loose

Solutions for Touch screen not working problems for samsung3510

does the phone turn on? has it been dropped or damaged.
The touch screen operates with a digitizer and then the lcd bellow that. if any of these cables has become loose it will not operate.
if this is not the case the phone may need flashed. or a software update.

My device batery ran low and turned off and wont turn back on what do I do

Try a new battery if you have one available.
-If you don't, and have friend with same phone or similar, check to see if the batteries are the same
-Try a different charger. (sometimes your charger head becomes loose and useless)
-Wiggle Cable - see if creates light to come on or off.
-If under year warrenty - call cell provider, usually will replace your phone under manufactor's one year warrenty - ex. easier to deal with getting a replacement from Verizon rather than straight thru Motorola

When I am listening to my music, if I move the phone, it moves to the next song. Do I have to keep the phone still to prevent this from happening?

You can disable the shaky shuffly feature or just do what i do and lock the phone with the button on the top right of the headset...

Hope This helps

Blurry pictures

try having other people take a picture with your phone, if they can take a more clear picture, it is likely that you are just a little shaky when taking pictures (i have the same problem)
