OK. first of all unplug it. Then remove the plate that surrounds the blade. Wrenches came with the saw so hopefully you still have them.
You need two special wrenches which are sold at any sears hardware store if you don't have a set. The only thing to remember is that the outer nut has reverse threads so turn it clockwise to loosen it and counter clockwise to tighten it. Note the direction the saw teeth point in and duplicate that with the new blade.

My 10" Bosch miter saw

I would remove the blade and try the saw again, there is a possibility that you might have gotten a flange on incorrectly or left the spacer out.

Trying to cut any size piece of wood the saw blows the circuit breaker at the panel 1x4 piece

Are you operating the saw on a 10 amp circuit or with a long extension cord? Table saws need at least a 15 amp circuit and should not be used with an extension cord. If absolutely necessary the extension cord should be no less than 12 guage. Tabel saws will run OK on a 10 amp circuit but as soon as you apply a load (try to cut wood) the power requirements go up to keep the saw turning. If you can, plug it into another outlet on a higher capacity circuit breaker or at least closer to the breaker box. If it still pops the breaker you may have bearing problems in the motor that are creating too much friction. This would make the motor work harder to turn so it would draw excessive power and trip the breaker.

How do you change the blade on a GMC 10 inch cmpund miter saw?

With the saw unplugged, push the spindle lock in on the motor side of the saw (a short black rod) while turning the blade by hand. The spindle lock will seat and hold the blade still so that you can use a wrench to loosen the nut that holds the blade on. Use the spindle lock again for tightening a new blade on the saw.

How do i change the blade on my delta 10" mitre saw

Exploded diagram for your SM100M miter saw is here.
User manual is here.

Page 20 covers blade change operation.

Make sure you unplug your saw! You need to remove a screw from the cover and rotate the cover to the rear. Use a hex wrench in the motor shaft to keep the saw blade from turning, and loosen the arbor nut with a 1/2" wrench. The arbor is reverse threaded, so you'll turn it clockwise to loosen, then counterclockwise to tighten it up after you have swapped the blade.
Rotate the cover back after that's done, and replace the screw.

there is a nut holding the blade in the center , it is left handle thread , there should be a locking mechanism to hold the blade while you unscrew the nut

My model 63 10" artasan tabel saw. The blade is not parallel to the miter slots. how do I adjust?

First off, check the blade itself for true by marking a tooth and rotating the blade to see if it deflects out of flat.
Then, with a known flat blade or plate, you can loosen the bolts that hold the trunnion to the bottom of the table and adjust the position of the works relative to the mitre slots. Use a dial caliper with a magnetic mount attached to the miter guage and you'll be able to slide it back and forth to check the final position for accuracy. Then carefully tighten the bottom back up, Make sure all raising/lowering and angle adjustments are working properly, and you're good to go....
You might be able to get a service manual from powermatic to help you through the process, but you'd have to call them to check.
Good luck. It can be a real pain in the....

How to change blade on 10" Craftsman table saw?

you need to grab the blade with something.maybe some pliers(if you are not going to refurbish blade) and loosen the nut in the center of the blade. i think it is a left hand thread(cw to loosen) because of the rotation of the blade. if the nut is on the left when looking from the front it is probably left handed. make sure it's unplugged and wear leather gloves so you don't get cut. install in reverse...

Zero clearence isert

I'm not sure why the instructions said to change the blade in order to cut the slot. I've made several of the zero clearance inserts (for different blades) and always made the slot with the blade I intend to use it with. Of course, you need to match the inserts to the blades (I just tie wrap them together.
