Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
I bought this Scandisk player from a someone but it didn't have a disc driver nor instructions. Now if I menu, it says key locked. System shutdown. Can you help me please or refer me to someone? The friend told me he just sells the stuff but don't know anything about disc drivers and so on. Evalyne
I have the same problem. and i read on a few other sites that it has to do with the hold button on top. so i messed with it. pushing it really hard in the other direction (showing only white) and pushing it in a little bit and it worked. i don't know if this is a permanent fix. but it seemed to work this time.

There is a hold switch on the top by the headset jack. Remove the "hold". Device should function normally. Best of Luck.
