Black and white picture with red lines vibrating with sound.

More info would be nice. Are you using HDMI or Component cables. If it is component cables (red, blue, green for video white and red for audio) Check your red and blue connection. Green alone will give you a black and white picture.
If you are using an HDMI cable, replace the cable to see if this changes anything or if you have another tv swap cables to see if problem stays with tv or moves to another tv.

Why does my tv have one blue, one red and one green line at the top of the screen but no picture?

The CRT inside the TV has gone bad. You can either find the make and model of the CRT and replace it, or get rid of the tv and buy another one.

Green screen with red and blue wavy lines

This is "NOT" meant as "expert" this is not my area...HOWEVER...I see no one has answered this yet...AND I got some good help from here a year or so ago that worked for me!

When I had a similar "green screen" problem with my SONY projection tv...the guy helped me by having me make "MINOR" adjustments to the red/blue/green etc knobs behind the panel. These were three small black plastic pieces and needed less than a 1/16 of an inch adjustment...try adjusting one at a time and giving it few seconds after each adjustment. It worked for least for a while (till my wife gave it away to a friend because it was "too big"...ah! women!!! LOL)...hope this helps. (NON-expert help!)

Red green and blue lines

Most projection TVs have an option to refocus. For example, my Sony rear projection TV has a button on the front for focusing the lamps. Try finding this button or option in the menus with your remote. Projection TVs actually use three lamps, one red, one green and one blue. These need to line up exactly in order to form a good picture, and when they come out of focus, you see the edges which sometimes has the effect of a 3D image when you aren't wearing 3D glasses. Hope this helps!

Green dot in middile of my screen

The green dot in the center sounds like a burn mark on one or more of the picture tubes inside the set, and the curved lines are telling me that you have a problem in the convergence circuits. The blue haze around everything white tells me you either have a lot of dust build up on the lens over the CRTs, or your picture tube(s) are very weak. If this set is over about 12 years old, I would replace it. I doubt if you will be able to get the green dot out of the picture without changing the tubes which would be VERY expensive.
