If your transfer is low then downloading will also be low.

Take note that source from which you are downloading also must have reliable connection.

Internet speed is dependent on the provider. If you have DSL and there are several people or computers using the Internet, it will be slow.

If you have had this laptop two days, was it always slow? Or did it become slow?
